1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted products may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently offer size exchanges subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund as per the refund policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
